Thankfully, I squeeze the lotion out onto my hand first because I keep finding these glass like particles throughout my lotion. Pictures attached.Update: it's as I feared. This product is too thick and greasy, never fully absorbs into the skin and you cannot put makeup over it without pilling. I did not see any changes to my skin. I will not be purchasing this product again.I will come back later to update, but on arrival I am disappointed because this product is not what I wanted. I wanted a facial moisturizer with spf, as advertised, but this is a sunscreen with moisturizers.I know that some will think it's the same thing or I'm being petty, but they are completely different things. The thickness and the way sunscreen absorbs vs a moisturizer with spf is night and day. Sunscreen tends to pill under makeup as well while moisturizers are better designed to be used in layers on the face. This is thicker and greasier feeling than I wanted.I am definitely willing to give it a shot and I hope I eat my words, but I really also hope that the seller advertises it as sunscreen because that's what it is.I'll be back in a month to update!I didn't realize this was only UVB protection until AFTER I purchased it. That's why it didn't get a full 5 star. Idk why they would have a sunscreen product that doesn't have UVA protection. A little goes a long way. The consistency is not as light as regular moisturizer, but not as heavy as regular sunscreen. It does leave a white layer the way sunscreen does until it completely absorbs in the skin, which is another reason why it isn't a five star.Other than that, it is great. I don't have sensitive skin, so I can't speak about that. I have combination skin - normal/oily. It doesn't increase the oil in my skin. I'll get the regular moisturizer from them when I finish this bottle.I have La Roche's face sunscreen, which I love and recommend.It's awesome! I have super sensitive skin & roseacea. This stuff never irritates or makes me break out. Love the spf too.There’s no way this is for sensitive skin because there are chemical sunscreen ingredients in it. My son used this on his face and we had to go to urgent care for a steroid injection, and oral steroids because Benadryl wasn’t stopping the itching and swelling. His entire face was swollen to the point that it looked like he had his wisdom teeth removed—he looked like a chipmunk. He developed tiny bumps all over his face and his face peeled during the healing of said bumps/blisters. I will NEVER recommend this product for anyone with sensitive skin. I’m disappointed that the return window has closed because we literally cannot use this product.I live where it's dry and on top of that my mom, bless her heart, is always turning the heater up. I also have very fair skin that freckles and burns easily. This moisturizer leaves my skin refreshed and not dry, goes right in, isn't greasy, doesn't have a weird smell. And the UV has shielded my skin so that one particularly dark freckle/sun spot has faded. There are moisturizers that are probably 10x this price that aren't nearly as good.LOVE LOVE LOVE this. It will be a repurchase.It is creamy, smooth, lightweight. It does not feel like an SPF product. It is so light and airy feeling.My skin: mid 40s, clear, NON acne Rosacea (just visible veins, some flushing), normal to dry skin, semi sensitive--though less so since incorporating skin barrier building and protecting ingredients (hence my love of La Roche Posay products).Yes, I love La Roche-Posay products. Seems there is something for everyone. I recommend checking out all they have to offer, and WHY. Such good ingredients. I have used their Toleraine creamy face cleanser, cicaplast baume, hydrating mask, assortment of sunscreens, and most recently this Toleraine Double Repair Face Moisturizer with SPF 30.I tend to have a pretty solid skin care routine for night. For day time, it is pretty much whatever I feel like using, with emphasis on SPF. Most of the year I can do a combo of various morning products plus my SPF, but when it gets extra hot.. I just go with SPF because I will just sweat off good product. I am more apt to reapply during day as well as sometimes rinse my hot sticky face and then reapply. I figured using a product that is both moisturizer AND SPF, as well as contain some other skin loving, skin barrier building goodies would be perfect. I immediately checked out the offerings of La Roche Posay, and am thrilled to have made this purchase.Not to scare you off, as it didn't me, but I want to share.. At first, my skin seemed to flush pretty hard upon initial application. It didn't deter me from further use, since there is nothing in it that is troublesome. However, it is a new product for my skin, and it contains niacinamide which my skin never encountered before. Not too concerned, I continued to use it every morning. It seems to be even better as time goes on. I have been using it every single day for nearly a month. My skin didn't get red beyond the first couple of uses and seemed to simmer down a lot. My skin has also seemed mildly greasy at first (a never on my dry skin!), but that too simmered down with repeated use. It looks really good, or extra good these days!!!!! My skin simply feels happily moisturized and at no point during day does it feel dry, nor does it feel greasy (not sure what that initial reaction was). I feel like i have done something GOOD FOR MY SKIN when I use this. Hard no to recommend it :)I have used it alone, I have used it over serums. I have used it under make up. I dont often wear make up, so I cant report much about my experience. When I do, I tend to use a little less than normal, let it set for awhile, then go back and add make-up. Usually my make up also has SPF.So yeh.. give it a try. Hope this helped. Take care :)
